Cabbage Patch Soup
2 pounds ground beef
1 large onion
4 1/2 cups water
2 cups chopped celery
2 large cans tomatoes
2 small cans kidney beans
4 cups cut cabbage
In large dutch oven, brown ground beef with onion, salt, and pepper.
Add water and celery and cook 15 minutes over medium heat.
Add tomatoes, kidney beans, and cabbage.
Simmer 1 to 2 hours, until all vegetables are tender.
