Spinach and Mushroom Salad

Ingredients
 
Black Pepper
3-4 Lime slices
8-10 Onion rings
10 Baby Corn Cobs
2 Medium Tomatoes
1 cups Mushrooms
Salt according to taste
Fresh Coriander leaves
20 Small Spinach leaves

Method
1.
Halve the baby corncobs, and slice the mushrooms and tomatoes.

2.
Arrange all the salad ingredients in a bowl.

Season with salt and pepper and garnish with fresh coriander leaves and lime slices.


Tip: For sweeter, crisper cucumbers and salad onions, soak onion slices and cucumber slices in ice water for 30 minutes. Drain well and pat dry.
