Oriental White Fish (serves 4)

600g white fish skinned, boned and cut into chunks
4 dessertspoons dark soy sauce
1 heaped teaspoon of finely chopped fresh ginger
1 deseeded red chilli finely chopped

Combine fish with chilli, ginger and soy sauce

Put fish in a single layer on a shallow dish

Cover and microwave on highest setting for 3-4 minutes, allow to stand for 2 minutes

Serve with stir-fry vegetables, rice or noodles
