Chicken Parmigiana
1/3 cup dry breadcrumbs
2 Tbs. grated Parmesan cheese
3/4 tsp. Italian herb seasoning
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast halves
1 egg, beaten
1 cup tomato sauce
3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Preheat oven to 375F. Combine first 4 ingredients in shallow bowl.

Dip each chicken breast in beaten egg, then roll in breadcrumb mixture to evenly coat.

Place chicken on a baking tray. Bake 10 minutes.

Turn chicken over and bake another 10-12 minutes, or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.

Spoon tomato sauce over chicken. Sprinkle cheese over top.

Bake 3 minutes or until cheese is melted.
