Chocolate Rum Balls

1 (6 oz.) package semi-sweet chocolate chips
cup granulated sugar
1/3 cup light rum
3 tablespoons light corn syrup
2 cups crushed vanilla wafers
1 cup ground walnuts


In a saucepan, melt chocolate chips over low heat.

Remove from heat and stir in sugar, rum, and corn syrup.

Fold in vanilla wafers and nuts.

Shape into 1-inch balls and roll in sugar.
