Poppy Seed Bread

For Bread:
3 cups flour
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
3 eggs
1 1/2 cup milk
1 1/8 cup oil
2 1/2 cups sugar
1 1/2 Tablespoon poppy seeds
1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 teaspoon butter flavoring
1 1/2 almond flavoring

For Glaze:
3/4 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup orange juice
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon butter flavoring
1/2 teaspoon almond flavoring

Mix all bread ingredients well. Grease five small loaf pans.

Fill approximately half full. Bake at 350 F for 40 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean.

While bread is baking, prepare glaze. Mix glaze ingredients in saucepan over low heat until sugar dissolves.

Remove bread from oven. While in pans, poke holes in top of each loaf. Brush with glaze. Cool on rack.

TIP: Replace oil with same amount of applesauce to cut down on fat.
